Spent 8 nights in a deluxe double room. loved the spacious, clean vibe and the chill pool area. there was a lady who kept pushing massages, which got a bit awkward. decent stay despite a few quirks.

The outdoor bathroom was a delightful and unique feature that provided a close-to-nature experience.

Communication with reception was frustrating, as they seemed slow to respond to WhatsApp messages, which was our only means of contact.

the location was super convenient to everything you need with a lovely pool area surrounded by gardens. breakfast was rotating through different menus and while it wasn't extraordinary, it served me well during my stay.

A beautiful place with gardens and comfortable rooms and balcony. I very much enjoyed my conversations with Agu who cleaned my room. The private pool was nice, and the location was perfect.

i can’t believe i nearly gave this place a good review. the wi-fi was intermittent, and the restaurant was so small it felt like a sardine can during breakfast! absolutely, no one seemed to care that my kettle didn’t work properly, how hard is it to get your basics right? such a letdown. i expected better treatment for my stay.

The grounds had a lovely traditional Balinese style that truly captured the essence of the island. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which provided a refreshing escape during the day. The outdoor bathroom was a unique touch, giving us a sense of being closer to nature as we enjoyed the garden view.

There was noticeable mold in some places that affected the overall impression.

Free wifi worked well, enjoyed the big pool. Room could use some updates.

Although the room could benefit from updates, regular cleaning and towel changes help maintain a comfortable stay. Breakfast options were satisfactory but could be enhanced to match nearby dining experiences.

We loved the beautiful gardens surrounding our stay. it truly feels like an oasis amid the busy streets. The pool was a fantastic spot for my daughter to play while we enjoyed the atmosphere, and the location made beach outings super convenient.

My children wished for more clean towels during our stay.

Staying in a Family Room was fab! Huge space, had air conditioning and a nice balcony. Infinity pool was gorgeous with a view. The staff was super nice, and the spa facilities were lovely. Free toiletries, minibar, and everything was clean and comfy. Great value!
